2.3. “Number Plate” or “Plate” means a vehicle registration plate issued by the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) or equivalent authority.
2.4. “Cloning” means the unauthorised duplication or use of a number plate on a different vehicle.
2.5. “Subscription” means the paid service plan that provides access to our protection and monitoring services.
2.6. “Background Check” means the verification process that Manufacturers must undergo to be approved for Platform access.

7.1. Platform Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2. User Content: By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service.

14.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
14.5. Notices: We may provide notices to you via email, through the Platform, or by other means. Notices are deemed received when sent.
14.6. Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyber attacks, or government actions.
